Wrap with chicken kebabs and hummus

Put fresh vegetables and chicken kebabs into Lebanese bread and top with a good hummus. Light and easy to make. The chicken kebabs can be used in many ways. They are perfect for making into a salad or for stuffing pitta bread, as here, and they are also good on pizzas or cooked in a wok.

Wrap with chicken kebab and hummus
IngredienTS:
Chicken kebabs, pre-fried
1 packet
Tomatoes 3
Cucumbers 1/3
Paprika 1
Red onions 1
Lemons
1/2
Oliv oil 2 tablespoons
Lettuce, e.g. iceberg, cos or rocket, according to season and taste
 
Pitta breads 4-8
Feta cheese 150 g
Black olives, pomegranate and walnuts  
Salt and black pepper to taste  
To serve: Lemon, pitta bread

WHAT TO DO:
Fry the chicken kebabs according to the directions on the pack. Divide tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and red onion into small pieces. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to form a dressing. Pour over the vegetables and the lettuce. Stuff everything into pitta breads and top with crumbled feta cheese. Garnish with olives, pomegranate and walnuts.
