Garlic yoghurt Á la Önder

A fresh-tasting and healthy sauce that goes well with most things from À la Bazaar. Önder usually grates the yellow peel of a lemon into the sauce. The sauce is sometimes varied with fresh herbs such as mint, dill and parsley.

Wrap with chicken kebab and hummus
IngredienTS:
Cooking yoghurt     2 dl
Mayonnaise                  
2 table spoons
Garlic                          
1 clove
Italian salad spice pinch
Fresh chives, chopped 1 tablespoon
Salt  

WHAT TO DO:
Mix the cooking yoghurt with the mayonnaise and chopped or crushed garlic. Flavour with salad spice, salt and chopped fresh chives.
