Önder's little red sauce

A sauce that tastes of cumin and ajvar. Ajvar is available either strong or mild – choose whichever is appropriate. It you want an extra kick, flavour with tabasco. Önder likes serving this sauce with kebabs, but it also goes well with Á la Bazaar's other dishes.

Coleslaw Á la Bazaar

Hamburger dressing from Ankara

Köfte with tomato sauce– Special

Shish köfte with pitta bread

Cucumber yoghurt Á la Bazaar

Hummus

Wrap with chicken kebab and hummus
IngredienTS:
Chilli sauce
 1 dl
Ajvar
 1 dl
Mild olive oil
 1 tablespoon
Water
 ½ dl
Cumin, ground
 pinch
Paprika powder
 pinch
Black pepper (finely ground) pinch
Tabasco and salt  

WHAT TO DO:
Mix all the ingredients and flavour with salt and tabasco. Dilute with more water as necessary.
